Place your exit signs according to JCAHO regulations and the LSC

Although exit sign requirements in the Life Safety Code(r) (LSC) aren't complicated, your facility will face pitfalls if it doesn't comply with the requirements. The issue has grabbed the attention of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations' surveyors, and they may take a good look at how your site handles exit signs and their maintenance.
