National surgical care expands to California

National Surgical Care, a surgical facility management company, acquired two California ambulatory centers recently.

The acquisitions involve multispecialty surgery centers in Long Beach, CA, and Torrance, CA. The centers have a combined four surgical suites, two procedure rooms, and perform ear, nose, and throat, orthopedics, pain management, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, and general surgery procedures.

National Surgical Care also operates surgery centers in Florida, Maryland, and Texas. Terms of the California acquisitions were not announced.
