How to get your staff to wash their hands

It turns out that World Health Organization (WHO) might know more about effective hand washing techniques than the CDC.
A report, published April 6 in Infection Control & Hospital Epidemiology, found that a six-step hand washing technique developed by the WHO is more effective at killing bacteria than the CDC's three-step method.
