Study: Nurse safety linked to patient safety

The safer your healthcare facility is for nurses, the safer it is for patients. A study by researchers from the School of Public Health at Drexel University, Philadelphia, have examined injury outcomes, safety climate, and working conditions on 29 nursing units and has concluded that patient safety and workplace safety for nurses may be related by common causes.
