Physician to stand trial for hepatitis outbreak

Nevada state medical experts have found the physician allegedly associated with the hepatitis C outbreak at the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada in 2008 is competent to stand trial on criminal patient neglect charges, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal, September 22.
