Napa hospital continues to collect workplace violence fines

Napa State Hospital seems to be a magnet for fines from regulators for workplace violence.
Cal/OSHA issued the psychiatric facility a $16,875 fine for three alleged violations, two of which were considered serious, reported the Napa Valley Register on June 16.
