OSHA has issued 33 safety and health violations to a veterans health care center in North Chicago, seven of which are for repeat violations and other serious violations that include noncompliance with asbestos and bloodborne standards.
How much will it cost the facility in dollars and cents? “OSHA cannot propose monetary penalties against another federal agency for failure to comply with OSHA standards,” according to the agency.
See the featured post on the OSHA Healthcare Advisor for more details about the inspection.
