APIC: Make flu shots a condition of employment

Concerned about the continuing low rate of influenza vaccinations among healthcare workers, the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) is now recommending that healthcare facilities make receiving a flu shot a condition of employment, unless it is contraindicated for medical reasons.
