Q&A: Sharps training vs. sharps evaluation

Q: I know that annual training is required per the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standard, but what is specifically required in regard to sharps device evaluation?
A: Be sure you are not confusing bloodborne pathogens sharps-related training, which is required for all potentially exposed workers, with the annual sharps evaluation requirement in which not all workers need to participate.
