Napa State Hospital security back in the spotlight

A new question regarding security is arising in the October 23 alleged murder of a Napa State Hospital nurse, according to KGO-TV.

A police source said that the nurse was pressing an alarm button that she was wearing on her belt, which didn’t work because the alarm does not reach outside of the building.
