Nursing homes will attract OSHA inspections this year

OSHA has placed nursing and personal care facilities on its list of high hazard workplaces for inspections this year under its Site-Specific Targeting 2010 plan.
Approximately 300 nursing and personal care facilities are on the primary list, according to the agency’s Site-Specific Targeting 2010 document, which targets facilities based on work-related injury and illness data.
