Cashier to hospital: No on flu shot; see you in court

Taking exception to a mandatory flu shot policy, a hospital cafeteria cashier filed a lawsuit against her employer, AnMed, a hospital in Anderson, SC, according to WYFF news.

The AnMed policy, which went into affect early September, stated that all hospital workers must receive the flu shot or get fired to prevent the spread of the virus to patients and staff, according to the news report,.
