The CDC issued revised recommendations changing the level of respiratory protection for healthcare workers treating patients with suspected seasonal and H1N1 influenza.

Healthcare workers should don a face mask when delivering routine care and reserve wearing an N95 respirator for aerosol-producing procedures.
