"Means of egress" among many hospital safety standards atop Joint Commission non-compliance list

Last week The Joint Commission released the top five Joint Commission requirements most frequently identified with non-compliance in 2010
Not surprisingly, LS.02.01.20 – in which hospitals are required to maintain the integrity of the means of egress – landed at number two among hospitals, and number four among critical access hospitals.
