OSHA has now issued the Spanish language enforcement directive concerning employee training that was first mentioned in the April 20 OSHA Healthcare Connection.

The directive reiterates employer’s responsibilities in protecting Latino and other non-English speaking workers from workplace hazards and provides guidance to OSHA inspectors on determining and documenting violations.

For more on the directive, see the featured post on the OSHA Healthcare Advisor.
