Washington OSHA imposes N95 respirator fines

All the advisories and enforcement documents about protecting workers during the H1N1 pandemic weren’t just window dressings as one Spokane hospital discovered out last month.
The Washington State version of OSHA issued $8,000 in fines to Sacred Heart Medical Center for inadequate N95 respirator policies, according to a February 18 news release from the Washington State Nurses Association.
