Drive-through checkups could work during a pandemic

Looks like you can add exams to the list of goods and services, like lattes and fast food, which work well with drive-through settings.

Researchers at the Department of Surgery/Division of Emergency Medicine at Stanford (CA) University School of Medicine have released a report that looks favorably on the strategy of drive-through patient examinations during a pandemic influenza.

A drive-through system could manage the influx of patient visitors while effectively distancing infected patients from healthy or at-risk patients, according to the study.
