Wisconsin blizzard causes slippery roads, numerous accidents

Wisconsin saw heavy snow and high winds on Wednesday from Blizzard Allison, reports the local Fox affiliate. In Brown County, emergency officials responded to 200 crashes and stuck vehicle reports, 28 of which were in the city of Green Bay.
With equipment, resources and personnel taxed, emergency management officials worked with local municipalities to coordinate disaster declarations in hopes of receiving funding. The heavy, wet snow made for poor traction on the roads, which made clearing the roads take longer, according to Fox 11.
