While those responsible for worker safety during the H1N1 pandemic await the OSHA enforcement directive, which is the companion piece to the CDC revised interim guidelines, several sources have hinted that OSHA will favor facilities that have customized their safety plans to site-specific hazards and the requirements of local health departments, especially concerning the use of N95 respirators.
