Fire protection education: Relating better to caregivers will open up their eyes

It’s not that simple, of course, but if you can learn to better relate to nurses, you stand a better chance of getting caregivers to respect Life Safety Code® (LSC) requirements, said Brad Keyes, CHSP, life safety consultant at The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., in Marblehead, MA. Keyes spoke at HCPro’s seminar, “Life Safety Code® Solutions for Hospitals,” which took place in Boston in September.
