Lawsuits are delaying the implementation of an emergency law requiring New York state healthcare workers to have seasonal and H1N1 flu shots.
The State Supreme Court in Albany issued a temporary restraining order and scheduled a hearing for the case for October 30, according to the New York Times, October 16.
