If you’re not sure how Twitter applies to you, check out this real-life example from Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, KY. The hospital experienced terrible flooding last week, and the facility is using Twitter to keep the public and employees up-to-date. For many of you, emergency management may be the impetus to sign up for Twitter.
