Death toll at five after Kansas flooding

Heavy rains last week flooded areas in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, leaving five dead in Kansas, according to the Associated Press (AP).
The Kansas state Division of Emergency Management shipped 100,000 sandbags to Butler County to restock supplies. Another 6,000 sandbags were shipped to Harper County, where portions of a hospital and elementary school were flooded. Water levels in Augusta, KS, were the highest since 1998, according to the Wichita Eagle.
In Oklahoma, emergency management personnel had to use rescue boats to retrieve motorists standing on top of their flooded cars, according to USA Today.
