Wouldn’t it be nice to have a handy list of OSHA interpretation letters to answer those vexing “show-me-where-OSHA-says” questions from employees?

OSHA has more than 300 interpretation letters on bloodborne pathogens alone, and the OSHA Healthcare Advisor has compiled the top-ten list of those letters to help you respond to frequent bloodborne pathogens compliance issues.

Many of these letters will be discussed during OSHA Healthcare Advisor’s “Q&A Roundtable: Solutions to Your Compliance Challenges” audioconference, Tuesday, May 19, 2009, 1:00-2:00 p.m. (Eastern).
