With medical facilities across the country becoming more concerned about MRSA infections, OSHA has released a new eTool that provides information on stopping the spread of MRSA in your facility.
The new tool offers links to general information about the infection, answers to frequently asked questions, and identifies sources that can explain how to prevent the spread of MRSA.
Preventing the spread of MRSA in the MRI-suite was recently written about on OSHA Healthcare Advisor, in a blog post entitled "MRI's sliding through the cracks."
