While many businesses, including those in healthcare, are busy tabulating workplace injuries to meet the OSHA posting requirement for February 1, you probably don't have to if you are a medical or dental practice.
Federal OSHA allows a recordkeeping exemption for six out of nine of its healthcare business classifications.
