HCPro strengthens its OSHA compliance training with Quality America acquisition

HCPro, Inc. Marblehead, MA, a leading provider of regulatory compliance and management information, acquired Quality America on June 30.
"Quality America has a long-established reputation for responsiveness to its customers in physician practices and ambulatory facility settings," said HCPro CEO Bruce Guzowski. "This acquisition further strengthens HCPro's commitment to respond to the needs of this large provider audience for help with regulatory compliance challenges.
Quality America, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Dr. Sheila Dunn. A medical laboratory educator, to help medical and healthcare organizations address the growing complexities and importance of OSHA regulations.
"This move complements our highly successful acquisition of Medical Environment Inc. in 2005," said Robert Croce, publisher of safety compliance for HCPro, Inc. "We are excited to combine the power of these two product lines and offer an unparalleled program of support to providers in outpatient settings."
