Onlookers mistook mist from a broken sprinkler for smoke coming out of an entry way of Saint Vincent Health Center's urgent care center in Erie, PA, on Monday.
Responding fire crews realized the mist came from a sprinkler that burst, likely due to cold weather, reported the Erie Times-News.
No evacuations took place during the incident.
