To encourage vaccination among healthcare workers and other high-risk groups, the CDC has designated this week, November 26 to December 2, as National Influenza Vaccination Week (NIVW).
NIVW is an opportunity to "highlight the importance of continuing influenza (flu) vaccination, as well as foster greater use of flu vaccine through the months of November, December and beyond," says the CDC.
The NIVW Web page has a link to help locate flu clinics by zip code.
