Rehab Regs, August 10, 2007
A CMS survey to assess provider satisfaction with service from Medicare contractors yielded positive results, according to the agency. The findings indicate that 85% of respondents rated their contractors between a 4 and 6 on a 6-point scale, with 6 being "completely satisfied." In 2007, the national average score was 4.56.
Thirty six thousand randomly selected providers received the survey, according to CMS. To view the entire report, go to www.cms.hhs.gov/MCPSS.
