Hospital purchases PT private practice
Rehab Regs, December 8, 2006
The Teton (MT) County Hospital District agreed to buy Benchmark Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Clinic, PLLC, a private practice PT clinic, for $285,100, the hospital announced this week, according to the Choteau Acantha.
Teton Medical Center was looking to expand its PT services and the hospital's board felt purchasing the already established clinic made the most sense, reported the Acantha.
The hospital will allow Benchmark Physical Therapy staff to remain working in the clinic. Benchmark's previous owner, Grant Poor, will run PT operations at both the clinic and the hospital.
