Clark County Hospital in Osceola, IA, is helping patients and members of the community stay fit through its fitness center and walking club, according to the Osceola Sentinel-Tribune.
The hospital has set up a free walking club for patients and Osceola residents to walk around the hospital to get their exercise. The club is overseen by PTs, who help walkers log miles and stay on a healthy regimen.
The hospital also has a fitness center, which users pay a monthly fee to use. PTs are also available in the center for any questions and to offer exercise tips.
