HVO announces new PT training program

Health Volunteers Overseas (HVO) has announced a new physical and occupational therapy training program in India, according to PT Bulletin Online. The program will provide training to therapy providers and students at the Christian Medical College in Vellore, and training will focus on manual therapy, wound management, sports medicine, Swiss ball exercises, and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction. Volunteers must be fully licensed physical or occupational therapists with at least two years experience, and should have advanced competency in the area they will be teaching, reported PT Bulletin Online.
