Marketing your business is essential to ensuring optimal cash flow from prospective clients. To successfully market therapy services at your clinic, follow several steps. The marketing plan that develops is not a static one; revisit it often because so much of the business environment changes as different practices come and go and expand their services. For any marketing plan to be successful, it should be looked at in depth at least annually and reviewed quarterly to ensure that all identified tasks are on track and occurring.
