Q. In regard to the Sterling and Aetna options for Medicare-qualified individuals, what is the policy regarding documentation in these type of Medicare charts? Should we follow the Medicare form of documentation, including the plan of care and Medicare-specific daily treatment notes, or should we treat these charts like those of commercial insurance carriers?
