Last week, HCPro issued a breaking news story about the 2012 OPPS final rule, which applies to outpatient services provided on or after January 1, 2012. Although the final rule will not be published in the Federal Register until November 30, CMS has posted a display copy as well as a press release and a fact sheet highlighting some of the changes.
