DCS Healthcare posts 20 new issues for medical necessity claims
DCS Healthcare posted 20 new issues for medical necessity claims to its CMS-approved list for providers in Maryland.

Connolly Healthcare added 33 new issues across nine categories—four for outpatient hospital – unspecified claims, one for DME non-physician – supplies claims, and one for ambulance claims—to its CMS-approved list for providers in Region C states. (See link for individual state applicability.)
