DCS Healthcare posts four new issues for medical necessity claims
DCS Healthcare posted four new issues for medical necessity claims to its CMS-approved list for providers in Maryland.

CGI, the RAC for Region B, added four new issues across three categories—two for professional services claims, one for DME claims, and one for outpatient hospital claims—to its CMS-approved list for providers in all Region B states.

Since April 14, Connolly Healthcare added 33 new issues across nine categories—Seven for physician claims, one for physician (carrier) claims, two for inpatient hospital claims, one for carrier claims, six for outpatient hospital – unspecified claims, nine for inpatient hospital – acute care claims, one for other FI biller claims, one for outpatient hospital – ASC claims, and five for DME non-physician – supplies claims—to its CMS-approved list for providers in Region C states.
