CMS released an MLN Matters article related to a previously released transmittal.
On July 18, CMS published in the Federal Register a proposed rule to modify the OPPS for calendar year 2012. CMS had previously released the proposal for public inspection. Critical access hospitals should review the proposed changes to physician supervision and provide comments by August 30, 2011.
