DCS Healthcare posts three new issues for medical necessity claims
DCS Healthcare added three new issues for medical necessity claims to its CMS-approved list for providers in Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

CGI posts 11 new issues across three categories
CGI, the RAC for Region B, added eleven new issues across three categories—four for DME claims, three for medical necessity claims and four for DRG validation claims—to its CMS-approved list for providers in all Region B states.

Connolly Healthcare posts 32 new issues across four categories
Connolly Healthcare added 30 new issues across three categories— 17 for DRG validation claims, 12 for medical necessity claims, one for DME by physician claims and two for DME claims—to its CMS-approved list for providers in Region C states. (See link’s for individual state’s applicability.)
