Connolly posts six new RAC issues across six categories
Connolly Healthcare added one new issue into its CMS-approved list for providers in all Region C states for the following six categories: physician/carrier claims, durable medical equipment claims, outpatient hospital claims, DRG validation claims, medical necessity claims and the first issue for ambulatory surgery center claims.
