CMS released through one of their provider listservs last week revised guidance on reporting the date of service for procedures under the three day payment window. I put a quick update on HCPro's MedicareMentor Blog last Friday in case anyone was working on their billing procedures so they would have the correct information, but thought that with all the confusing information out there a brief recap note today might not be a bad idea.
