DCS Healthcare posts two new RAC issues

DCS Healthcare, the RAC for Region A, added two new RAC issues for ambulatory surgical center claims (CT, DC, DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA) and non-medical necessity inpatient claims (CT, DC, DE, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT) to its CMS-approved list this week. HDI adds medical necessity to 10 existing issues; removes Part B issue

HealthDataInsights (HDI), the RAC for Region D, added medical necessity to 10 existing DRG validation issues for providers in all Region D states, and removed an issue for Part B claims.
