CMS expands medical request limits to all institutional providers

CMS has expanded its fiscal year 2010 RAC additional documentation requests (ADR) (i.e., medical record requests) limits to all institutional providers. Each RAC will set the limit on an annual basis to establish a cap per campus on the maximum number of medical records that can be requested in a 45-day period.
