Carts for bedside registration

We are having issues with our rover carts we use for bedside registration. They are basically workstations on wheels with a computer (laptop with monitor), keyboard, and point of service scanner. The cart has had problems from the start, mostly centering around power issues.
Does anyone use a similar product (we use FLO carts) with better success?
