Region B RAC adds DME claim issue, expands existing issues to new states

CGI, the RAC for Region B, has added a new audit issue for DME claims, and updated the previously identified issues to include new states.
The newly approved issue is for DME claim is as follows:
- Wheelchair Bundling
The previously identified issues are now approved for all seven Region B states:
- Blood Transfusions
- Bronchoscopy Services
- IV-Hydration
- Neulasta
- Once in a Lifetime Procedures
- Untimed Codes
States in Region B include Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. For more information, visit the CGI Web site.
