At the Patient Access Resource Center (PARC), we often hear success stories from the revenue cycle:
- “Our facility increased its upfront collections in the emergency department from $2,000 to $27,000 in one month.”
- “We had an 87% accuracy rate in registrations before our four-day training program was implemented. Now, it’s 98%.”
Now we want to hear yours.
In light of the National Association of Healthcare Access Management’s Access Personnel Week (this week), PARC is seeking facilities that have had success in the revenue cycle, particularly in patient access.
Did you decrease your denials? Increase upfront collections? Lower the turnover rate dramatically? Achieve a higher percentage of accuracy in registration?
Tell us in 400 words or fewer about your case study of success, and your facility may be featured in an upcoming blog post on the Patient Access Resource Center.
If we feature your facility, you and your staff members will receive one free admission to the HCPro audioconference of your choice.
Send your submissions by emailing them to Dom Nicastro, senior managing editor of the Patient Access Resource Center, at dnicastro@hcpro.com.
Thanks so much for your time.
Sincerely,
Dom Nicastro,
Senior Managing Editor
