At the Patient Access Resource Center (PARC), we often hear success stories from the revenue cycle:

In light of the National Association of Healthcare Access Management’s Access Personnel Week (April 5 to April 11), PARC is seeking facilities that have had success in the revenue cycle, particularly in patient access.
