NEWS: MA doctors wanting bonuses required by 2011 to use e-prescriptions

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is making doctors go to the computer if they want extra money. By 2011, they must use computer prescription systems if they want to qualify for bonuses, the Associated Press reports.
