Patient Financial Services Weekly Advisor, October 3, 2008
Of the 10.5 million enrollees in Medicare's prescription drug plans, 97% will not see a rise in premiums in 2009, Medicare officials announced last week, Forbes/Healthday News reports.

Enrollment in the 2009 Part D plans is open November 15 to December 31.
